Laser IV therapy explained
This intravenous treatment sends low-level infrared laser light directly through the veins and into the bloodstream. Low-level laser therapy operates under the principle that when light is emitted at specific wavelengths, it can be absorbed by the body’s cells, particularly within the mitochondria. There are four different laser colors, and each wavelength targets different aspects of cellular function, initiating photophysical and photochemical events on various biological scales.
