Program Rules
- All points are earned after check-out is completed
- Points earned cannot be used toward service on same day
- Points expire after 12 months
- Points are not earned on transactions using points as payment
- Points cannot be shared (clients accrue points separately)
- Points are not redeemable for cash
- Points cannot be redeemed toward tips or tax
- The Bio Points system is subject to change
