Vitamin and Nutrient Levels

A vitamin nutrition panel can be done through blood work to detect minerals, iron, calcium and other nutrients. This gives us an inside look at which nutrients you may be lacking and which nutrients you are getting enough of. Most vitamins are checked, including A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D (total), D2, D3, E and K1. Vitamin D total profile results are available the same day; all other vitamin panel results take between seven and 15 days.

ImmunoCAP IgE Inhalant and Food Allergy Test

The ImmunoCAP allergy panel is the gold standard of IgE allergy tests that can detect and identify the presence of more than 100 of the most common environmental allergens that cause reactions from inhalation. It can also detect IgE antibodies that cause common food reactions. The ImmunoCAP IgE blood test helps doctors accurately diagnose and manage health concerns, including asthma, eczema and other allergy-related medical conditions.

Foodprint IgG Food Allergy Test

If you suspect you are allergic to certain foods but don’t know where to start, blood work can detect IgG antibodies and analyze their order of reactivity in the body as either elevated, borderline or normal. The Foodprint allergy test can detect potential IgG antibodies to over 100 different foods and give a more detailed account of allergic reactions than traditional food allergy testing. The Foodprint test takes less than an hour and is done in-clinic at our Dubai office.

Salivary Hormone Testing

An imbalance of hormones can wreak havoc on the body. With a cheek swab, saliva can be analyzed to accurately determine your hormone levels. A hormone panel shows a breakdown of specific hormones such as estradiol, estrone, estriol, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol and DHEA in your body. Salivary hormone testing can be done in under 30 minutes, with results that come back in three to 10 days.

Stress Panels

Stress is not only mental but physical, and it takes a toll on our health. A stress panel done with a cheek swab can determine your adrenal stress index and show the specific levels of cortisol, DHEA and total oxidative stress in your adrenal glands. An HPA stress profile with CAR, or cortisol awakening response, can also be used to determine specific cortisol levels upon waking and then throughout the day to give detailed insight into your unique stress cycle.
